Complete Lack of Service and Integrity

Ordered a set of ear defenders (not a cheap item), amongst other things. The items arrived promptly however the ear defenders box, was held together with sticky tape and the ear defenders when opened showed signs of a decal having been removed from one of the ear pieces, suggesting that this was possibly a returned item already.

The headphones have an option to be used with a phone, via cable, to listen to music etc...however the volume is useless. I tried to phone the company to enquire about the issue and was referred to the owner who never returned my calls or emails and was, it appeared, rarely in the office. Stuck with an expensive set of ear defenders that don't work as advertised.

Interestingly enough when going down through the abysmal reviews this company has had from Google, one of the rare 5 star reviews was from Keano Swartland who strangely enough is the person I spoke to in the company regarding my complaint! Now doesn't that tell a story.
