Bad aftersales service

Bad aftersales service. I purchased an incorrect size, 2 piece overall due to unclear web site product information. I have been trying to get the incorrect items returned and exchanged for the correct size. But so far, I am getting the "You bought it, your problem now" treatment from the staff at www.safepro.co.za, even after offering to pay for collect and return arrangement.. Nothing. BUYERS BE WARE!! They answer your calls for their own amu*****t, but it leads to nothing.
