I recently had an extraordinary experience with the GUD Team (Safelines holding company). It's not often that a company exceeds your expectations, but these guys went above and beyond to deliver an outstanding level of service.

Last week, I found myself between a rock and a hard place when I couldn't get my hands on the right Safeline brake pads I needed for my bakkie as outlets in my area were either out of stock or didn’t stock the parts for my vehicles make/model. Frustrated, I reached out to Safeline's head office in hopes of getting a list of local suppliers I could contact. Little did I know that this simple enquiry would turn into a remarkable encounter.

To my surprise, the senior representative I was referred to (Let’s call him ‘JS’), was not only knowledgeable but also genuinely helpful, generous with his time and dedicated to helping a customer.

I don’t want to give full details (Fear of sharing potentially sensitive info) but I will say that, before sundown, JS ensured I had the right parts in hand, and my holiday weekend was back on track. JS’s willingness to go the extra mile made a world of difference for me.

I have been a loyal Safeline and GUD customer for as long as I can remember, and this experience has only solidified my trust in their brand. The way they prioritize their customers' needs and swiftly address my concerns is truly commendable.
