WARNING TO CUSTOMERS – DO NOT TRUST Safecar Parking O.R Tambo WITH YOUR VEHICLE

I left my car with Safecar on 22/3/2026 for a 10-day period, paying them to safely store and take care of my vehicle.

After checking my tracker records, I discovered that my car was driven for almost 3 hours and more than 30km while under their custody. One of the incidents shows the engine running for around 40 minutes, and the tracker also recorded speeding and unsafe driving alerts.

Nobody had permission to use my vehicle.

This is a serious breach of trust. I immediately complained to the company, but instead of taking responsibility, apologising, or refunding the money paid for the service, they chose to ignore the issue.

A company that uses customers’ vehicles without authorization and refuses to properly address complaints cannot be considered trustworthy.

I strongly recommend that anyone using Safecar closely monitor their vehicle tracker and think twice before leaving their car with this company.
