'SAFECAR PARKING' CRASHED MY CAR. NOW A WRITEOFF

My car came back a WRITEOFF. I left my car with them on June 19th as I headed to Capetown. On the day I was to return to Johannesburg, 2 hours to departure, a man called me to inform me of a 'small accident' on my car caused by a taxi driver. I asked to see photos of my car, it was no 'small accident'. The bonnet was gone. Bumper gone. Lights gone. Windscreen... it was a complete wreck. I was angry that he **** but that was the genesis of the many lies that followed. They did not offer me any car to use while they 'followed up with the taxi insurance' ...nothing! I always called to follow up. The driver who had my car at the time of the accident kept changing from their male employee to the brother of said male employee to a female employee etc... I was exhausted. They never showed me any paperwork even after I kept asking for it to follow up even though that was not my job! I later handed the case to my insurance. I have never seen my car since I left it with their 'valet driver' before leaving for Capetown. They are also taking my insurance in circles and now it turns out the accident was caused by a BMW X5 not a Taxi... why lie? I don't even know what the truth is anymore. Their receptionist has the nerve to try and be rude on the phone. Such an uncultured **** that retorted she's "I'm the manager" when I requested to speak to one. Safe to say my insurance declared the car a writeoff. From 'a small accident' to a complete writeoff!!!! DO NOT USE SAFECAR PARKING!!!! IT IS A ****!!!! THEY DO NOT SAFEGUARD YOUR CAR. Why my car was even on the road instead of a parking spot, I will never know. The entire experience is far from over, well over 7 weeks later. No courtesy vehicle. I just have to incur person expenses to get to work daily. They do to care! Not even an apology from those ****bags! Very very annoying! SOMEONE SHUT THEM DOWN BECAUSE THIS IS **********!!!!
