Safe Car at OR Thambo isn't Safe at ALL

They came and collected my car and checked that the car is oky and whether there are any bents etc. Signed the piece of paper that everything is in good condition.

When receiving my car back, the entire left side door handle and lock was completely busted, indicating that someone tried to break in. The driver was also driving with my car with the door wide open. I asked the driver what happened and the reply was "I don't know"

So I phoned their office to find out what happened and what would the procedure be. The reply I received was the following "they didn't check the vehicle before they brought it to you at the pickup point and we are looking at the cameras" About 20min past and I phoned them again to find out whether they have picked anything up. In the mean while the driver left. I was then told that the lady I was speaking to is on her way and that I must wait for her. Another 30min past and I phoned again to find out where she is and was then told that I need to meet her at the Engen garage. At the Engen garage another 20min past and she still wasn't there. I phoned again and she went off on me that she is on her way and that I must wait for her, by that time the Pertrol guy came to me and asked me to move my car as there is only a 10min parking agreement. I asked her whether it is possible that I could meet her at their office. She then went off on my saying "I can't understand why someone wants to break into your car" and when I explained to her that I don't know my car was under their supervision and I paid for security, she then went off on me "don't talk to me like that"

I realized that I am not getting anywhere, so I asked her can I perhaps please speak to the manager as I am waiting almost an hour and 30min already and her reply was "I am the manager"

It has still not been sorted out and I had to replace the entire door handle and lock at my own cost.

I do suspect that this company is a **** and that your vehicle gets parked somewhere at their own home premises and they use your car as their personal vehicle as my tank has half when I gave it to them and I received it empty back. My tank is a 45litter....

I also did some digging and turns out that aren't even registered on Google.
