Bumped car during park period

The company bumped my car and refused to accept responsibility. They withheld CCTV footage from me to confirm whether the bump was there when I left my car with them. This indicates that they are guilty. They have not been answering my calls , emails or messages, another indication of guilt. I wil NOT recommend them to anybody
