Bad service from Safe Cars

This company's service is pathetic. I booked with them and they were no where to be seen to collect my vehicle for long term parking. I almost missed my flight despite making several calls to them. They have not refunded my money that I paid even though I've sent emails and made many calls. The owner is never available and the manager keeps promising to sort this out but never does. I would never recommend them to anyone. Useless!!!
