Bad service

Very bad service. We confirmed with the staff our arrival time and provided the flight information however when we landed at 10pm they were a aware that we are coming to pick up the car. We had to wait in the cold for the car. Our money was also missing that we left in the car, they also increased the rates when we got there. We paid a price more than what stipulated.There were cigarettes on the floor of the car, we don’t even smoke. The worst service ever. They say safe car park when it’s not even safe. Seems like they drive around with the cars. Do not recommend this business.
