Refund not made as promised-DST***

I submitted a claim last month on the 14th for the relocation assistance. I was informed that they will refund within 7 working days. Until now I have not received my refund. I made numerous follow up's and spoken to different consultants and even lodged a complaint. There is no reason on the delay and no one is willing to take responsibility. I am extremely furious and disappointed in the poor service from Safebase.
