I was ****med by ME AND YOU MOBILE

I have a bad experience with SAFE BASE COMPANY. They called me offering me a cellphone contract which I agreed to take it. Few days later they delivered the package which was only a SIM CARD WITH NO DEVICE. They asked for my bank statement and I gave it to them. Come month end my nedbank account was debited R476,23. The Sim card is not working,and I never received any phone. I tried to call their head office,they promised to investigate up until today. I went to nedbank and I was told there's nothing they can do they can't even reverse the money. SAFE BASE ****med me they keep on debating my account for services I never received. They also call themselves ME AND YOU atleast that's how they appear on my NEDBANK STATEMENT. ME AND YOU MOBILE /SAFE BASE Stop debating my account I never received any phone from your company.
