SAFE TRIP SCHOOL SHUTTLE IS UNRELIABLE

Never entrust your kids to Safe Trip school shuttle. Their service is very bad. I enrolled my son with them in January 2019 and I regretted the day I ever came across them. My son was picked up early every morning at 07:40 but was forever late for school arriving after 8am when school has already started. The first week I didn't make a fuss because I thought they were still trying to find their way around the traffic. The second week it continued and he promised me that he will fix it but nothing happened thereafter. In the third week I cancelled my contract with them because I felt that the owner didn't care about my son and all he cared about was making money. I get the sense that greed took over because he took many kids without considering what impact this will have. Think twice before you enroll your kids with Safe Trip.
