HORRIFIC ANIMAL CRUELTY

I am truly not happy with their services. I was promised delivery of a puppy on Saturday, 27/09/2025, at 17h30 and then 18h00 today, 28/092025, Sunday. And still no delivery. If this puppy is ill in any way I will hold Safe Paws Travels responsible for any vet costs and or the cost of the puppy and shipping. This is the worst service I have ever received. No follow-up, no communication, no updates. Disgusting.
