Bad Service

For a roadworthy centre apparently operating 17 years they could FIRST have told me that my vehicle would not pass due to the crack on the windscreen BEFORE I paid the R700... Then the other thing was my shock which has slight wear on it due to me hitting a pothole a year ago... They now expect me to fix all this in 2 weeks... Shock R4000, windscreen R2800... At Roodepoort and Randburg they first check the vehicle before you pay anything... My last time coming here, because I basically threw R700 away, I'll only be able to afford both repairs May

Secondly very unprofessional for two employees to get into an argument in front of a client

Rather spend an extra R50 and drive a bit further to one of the other 2 where you'll get excellent service
