bag damaged by operator

<p>On our recent visit to charles de Gualle airport we decided to wrap our bags. The operator of Safe bag sliced open my daughter wheel on her suit case. We only noticed the damage once our bag was on the belt to be taken into the haul.</p> <p>upon my return we reported the incident to the safe bag people. Their site is not very user friendly and I had to ask them how to upload the pictures we took. The client services phoned me to say that because I did not report it immediately and received a form, we can not claim back the damage. Their excuse is, we could have done the damage ourselfs. Please be aware of these people. Do not use them. Their staff is very unfriendly and they work is very bad.</p>
