Worst service ever

Worst experience ever!! I made a booking for today 31 December to 2January2020. I paid all the money to them. And the owner is saying she has a problem with them, so she cant allow me to stay, I must contact them to make another booking for me. Now they are nowhere to be found, they don't answer their phone they don't respond to emails. I will never ever book with them again. I am stranded now I don't have a place.
