Worried that I might have been ****med?

I have been trying since yesterday at 4pm to phone and mail for assistance? is this a legitimate booking site. Can anyone reccomend if this is a reputable site and if so how to contact the correct persons for assistance? A pre-recording exist saying that there woul be a reply on any emails within one working day. Not true for me sadly. The place of accommodation has not responded either and when phoning, goes streight to a generic phone recording. Worried that I might have been ****med? could someone advise? Much appreciated
