Warning to all hospitality establishments.

My guest house is listed at SafariNow and we have now stopped taking corporate bookings from them because of their total incompetence and lack of customer service. Contacting them is impossible. Support is non-existent. The only phone number listed on their website does not work and emails are ignored. I now have a customer who have made a payment to them for bookings that have expired somehow, and they refuse to reply to any of my emails or to answer the phone. I've been trying for 2 months to get a response from them.
