Had 2 enquiries with Safari, one had been double paid by me, without noticing!!!!<br> The other was pending a new quote with correct details, by the establishment .<br> Dalene, phoned to enquire about the double payment and sorted everything out.<br> She allocated the overpayment to the second quote and did the balance payment over the phone with me.<br> Very polite and very professional.<br> When I got home I had all the correct confirmations by email, showing all the correct payments.<br> Thank you, a job very well done.
