Very dissappionted client.
I have been trying to cancel a booking for 13 June 2020 at St Ives in Durban. They does not even bother to answer your emails. At the end of the day we are going to loose half of our deposit because of their lack of interest in their clients.

As many businesses, we have been impacted by the pandemic and are working with a skeleton staff compliment tending to and an ever increasing high volume of queries. We value all our customers and assure that we will reach every query.The cancellation as at date email was received (24 April) falls 50 days before check in. The cancellation policy is that you therefore forfeit 50% of your deposit as these dates currently fall out of the lockdown period at this stage. Please advise if you would like to proceed with the cancellation.
