Very bad service. Please do not book with them!!!

Safarinow is the most *********** online booking system for holiday accommodation I ever come across. I will NEVER EVER book with them again. They do not even try to solve anything. We booked for a holiday in Namibia. Due to the Covid 19 outbreak we had to cancel. They do not even bother after I requested to cancel this, to do so. Do not even bother ask part of our deposit back. They just keep on sending reminders. For what?. Hello, we are travel restricted???? Our guesthouse is also listed with them and I will ensure you, I will ask our manager to de list from them. You do not treat your customers like this
