Terrible Service from SafariNow
I am Beyond frustrated with this site.
I made a booking through them. After canceling the booking due to losing a family member, I asked for a refund
I have been refunded the admin fee from Safarinow but not the lodge. . I have been left to struggle with Marlotti Lodge and I have received no help at all
This is ridiculous service and I don't think I will use this site again.

We have investigated the query further. Please note that we did inform you that we had to wait for feedback from the property as we had settled an amount to secure your reservation. We then did numerous follow ups with the property requesting that they either refund or advise the way forward. Some properties offer refunds, others offer new travel dates. We have refunded you the referral fees. One of our consultants is still trying to get the feedback from Marlotti Lodge regarding the portion that was paid to them.
