Terrible service ever

I booked accommodation through safari on the 22nd of December, but had to wait for confirmation for days, after leaving countless messages and phone calls nobody bothered to contact me, and was supposed to book in on the 25th, I only got confirmation in the morning of the 25th and guess what I had already paid for another establishment, so the only thing i need now is to get my deposit back
