Terrible Communication lines- Safarinow
I booked accommodation through Safarinow for December 2021 in White River at Kiaat Bungalows and paid in full. The new variant of Covid 19, Omicron was not heard off at the time of my booking. I now have to cancel my bookings because of us being in the fourth wave and requesting my full refund . I am only being referred to emails that I have to write. Which I have been doing but they are talking about percentages and I don't understand why I can't get a full refund. I am not responsible for the virus. I tried calling them but to no avail All numbers are not operational. Terrible communication lines .

Please be advised that cancellations, regardless of the reason of cancelling may incur a penalty. Cancellation terms are available prior to a booking being confirmed and are applicable at cancellation. The percentages and amounts you have received via email pertain to these penalties. Even though the establishment is under no obligation to refund you, and there is no lockdown or travel ban currently in place for local travel, they have very graciously agreed to refund you in full, as a gesture of goodwill.Once we receive funds from the property; we will refund you.
