Terrible attitude from one of your Guest Houses

I would like to inform you of my dealings with Dewald at Majors Rest in Robertson.<br> <br> First of all I made a booking for the 21-23 August 2015. On the 17th August I contacted your office to see if I could amend the booking date as I could no longer make that date. I received a confirmation from your office that my date has been moved to the 11-13 September which I confirmed.<br> <br> Two weeks prior to my new date, I received a phone call from Dewald at Majors Rest saying that the weekend of the 11-13 September was in fact already booked and that I could choose another date. I was disappointed as it was also my wife's birthday however we agreed to the 25-27 September. A few days later I contacted Dewald to ask for confirmation via email of the new booking that we had agreed to. At that point he mentions to me that it is a long weekend and if he gets someone for the long weekend then I would need to choose another weekend. In the week of the booking I contacted Dewald to find out if we can still come the 25th and he said that the weekend was booked.<br> <br> He offered me another weekend which I couldn't make and a weekend that I wanted, he said he had booked.
