Taken my money but accommodation isn’t even booked!
I booked accommodation in Safari.now on 2 December. They confirmed the booking and debited my card. The venue however says they don’t have space and I must ask Safari.now to reverse the charge. I have followed up with them twice with no response. It’s now the 7th. Their service is inconvenient as their website is obviously not up to date and they can even be bothered to respond so I know what is happening. This is nothing but *******!
