So firstly I posted a review to tell you guys how disappoint I was in the places that you have on your site and asked the question about whether there is reps that go to these places. Then the review is taken off because of "derogatory language" and all I was saying is that using Google to rather look for the places by yourself. Then I have the review removed. How are we meant to let people know of poor services?

As a business we have the right to defend our name. It is defamatory to say we are a sham based on you not liking properties you selected yourself where there are transparent reviews from other guests who actually stayed. We do not send reps to properties, online booking agencies generally do not do that for every listed place. We rely on actual traveller feedback as rating, we have over 160000 properties listed with us on an online platform. We are an online booking platform. You have not raised actual facts or proof of a valid complaint. We will therefore report this to Hellopeter again.
