Tried to pay for a hotel booking today. Have to to do it through them, because God forbid that you can nowadays book directly with a hotel and save yourself some money.

A window opens on the page, obviously drawn up by the useless, *****ic employees they have in that tiny company - and it asks for you to login, and highlights three blocks in red - what one must put into those blocks not even God Himself knows.

Called the company, and held on forever for Customer Service. NO REPLY. I am then told no answer on that line. So Sure**** does not actually have a customer service department. One person dealing with customers, and that person was .... let me guess. Having an issue in the Ladies, or out for a smoke.

Hotels and Lodges - listen up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. OASIS LODGE in Wolmaransstad lost my booking thanks to Sure****.
