Strangling to get my refund ref ***7
<p>I made a booking with safari and the Palm lodge rustenburg and they gave a wrong quote which was not my problem I want to cancel my booking with them but they can't assist me i can't pay R1100 extra for their own mistake am no longer interested on the accommodation I have been calling and send mails to them yet they making a fool out me am getting no answer from them except that I should wait for somebody by the name of Wilma and she hasn't call till to date I called from Monday safari and palm lodge rustenburg have a very bad service I will never recommende them to anyone</p>
