Stranded at Festival

We have booked and payed for accommodation in Grahamstown from 9-11 July to enjoy the festival after a conference In the same venue.

We booked through Safarinow.com. On route to Grahamstown today they phoned us to say that the place is no longer available. Their solution to the problem is to send out more booking enquiries but all the places that I have since phoned are full.

They really dont seem to be going the extra mile to correct their mistake and I am left with the problem while they have my money.
