Still waiting for my R3962.00 refund since MARCH 2020!!!
I'm still waiting for a R3962.00 refund after cancelling my holiday booking in March due to Covid-19. I've emailed them numerous times over the past few months and when I phoned, there was no answer/a message saying they are unavailable. I desperately need the money as I've lost my income. I'm very disappointed.
