Still waiting for comfirmation

Good morning I made a booking through [URL Removed] ,I deposited the deposit of R660.00 on the 7th of August till now I`m still waiting for the comfirmation of my deposit ,I phoned on the 12th and 13th August to ask about my booking the lady keeps on telling me they will check but I gave her my ref number which I got from them I really don't understand because this is the second time this happened from the my bookings @ Villa SIMMONE I had to wait because my booking was not cancelled which is not fair as I always book through them mostly every month ..im not happy at all the way they handle their service because if I use their account and ref number which they provided me with what is so difficult to allocate it from their system because its day I deposited they should have seen it immediately not telling me they cant see my ref number and my days for my trip is around the corner I cant tolerate to be treated as Villa Simmones because of their mistake ,this need to be settled very disappointed from their service.
