Stay away from listing on Safari Now!
Have had our establishment listed on Safari Now for over 2 years - they allowed a guest to cancel a booking just 4 days before arrival and refuse to pay out the 75% cancellation fee app****. Even though the listing terms were selected that a strict cancellation fee would apply! We managed to get a small booking in just 2 days before the weekend to try cover the costs of the cancellation, and Safari Now advised that because we got another booking in - the client isn't liable for paying the cancellation! They don't abide by the establishments policies and we will be removing our lodge from the site! No composition for homeowners who have lost out on R4400.00!
