Speedy and efficient service

I booked accommodation on Safari Now and accepted it a day before my check in date.I accepted the quote and paid via EFT.I called Safari Now on my check in day to receive the details of the establishment and was helped by Sindisiwe Zakwe. She was very helpful.efficient,polite and friendly.The establishments details was received well in advance to my check in time.If more people like Sindisiwe worked in call centres and customer services,there would be hardly any complaints
