Shocking service from Safarinow.com: Booking at Motebang Lodge Lesotho

Dear Peter, WE paid a deposit for a booking at Motebang lodge in Lesotho. There was a cancellation clause that if cancelled before 1 November 2020 we will receive the whole amount of R2000. They wanted the money within 24 hours or you forfeit the space. They now DONT REPLY on emails or answer phone calls. The booking was made in the name of MC Bird Reference nr, ***9. We are pensioners and cannot afford to loose money of this kind. Your reply can be send to me as I am the sister to her and one room was booked for us and one for them.
