Service non existant!
I made a booking which i had to cancel due to personal circumstances. I have been trying to get a hold of SafariNow for days now, but its as if they just dont exist. Phone number just rings, and no replies on several emails sent. But they are very quick to take your money....what about after service? Are they a ****??

We note that the cancellation requests were sent via the booking dialogue and were going straight to the property and their response was coming back to you directly. We have now cancelled the booking as per request and have put into effect the refund policy.
