Service Excellence
We had made a reservation with an establishment and when we stated that we want to cancel our reservation, 4 months in advance they informed us that there would a 25% cancellation fee on the full cost of the booking. Dalene requested that these fees be waived. We are very grateful for her assistance in getting us this favourable outcome.
