Made a booking with them for December and paid 70% deposit. 2 days before departure received an E-mail that my booking has been cancelled, without any explanation. After several E-mails received a telephone call apologizing that they had made a mistake and promised to pay back 50% of the deposit and to give me a voucher for the remining 50%. I asked to receive it in writing and was told that they were sending the E-mail while speaking to me, still waiting for that E-mail, the voucher and the payment.
