I made a booking on the 29th of March for the 1st of May 2019 to the 4th of May and i paid the deposit of 1000 to safarinow.com for amanzimtoti beach view and i sent them a message on the 08 of April enquiring about the change of dates because i got a new job and i booked for 6 people and i can't just pack and go for a vacation i need to follow a company procedure and no one bothered to respond i even sent an e-mail on the 11th, i then decided to call the establishment on the 13th who told me i should send her an e-mail she will get back to me but she didn't, i had to call her back and she told me that it impossible to change the dates i should have called a month prior i mean how where by i made the booking on the 29th and enquired about the change of dates on the 08th i feel like the agency is playing with people i mean that a day light ******* not to be allowed to change the date to weeks before arrival, it not even like you are cancelling you only changing the dates becuse i booked for 6 people and it only 2 people available as it was for me and my 3 kids and a friend and her child so they can't go alone as I'll be starting on a new job on the 2nd of May, and it funny that on your quotation you don't include all this but once we have paid you start ******** us this is really a ****
