I made a booking on 01 December for a stay in margate, through safarinow.com. I was charged but the establishment declined the booking. Safarinow sent an email stating that a refund would be processed. I have yet to receive said refund. I have emailed them multiple times and have had no response to my emails. On Monday, 07 January I called to follow up and was told that the agent dealing with my reservation was on leave and that the repayment would be processed on that day. It’s now 09 January and I have still not received my refund as yet. I would like to caution unsuspecting clients from getting ****med by safarinow.
