SafariNow.com sucks!

I booked holiday accommodation at The Patch, Cape Town via Safarinow.com. A deposit of R5 408,00 was paid by EFT. After payment I was advised that The Patch was awarded to someone else. It is impossible to communicate with SafariNow.com and I can only now deduce that I was taken for a ride and that I possibly lost the money.

Be warned - SafariNow.com is unprofessional and impossible to contact.
