NEVER EVER CLICKON SAFARNOW.COM WEBSITE. **** **** **** ****. They don't have a number you can call, it has been disconnected. You can only contact them on email. We booked Waters Edge 3 accommodation in Melkbos. They took our money off our credit card, then a message pops up "sorry this accommodation is unavailable" Our money was gone. With no one to speak to. We emailed countless times with no response. DO NOT USE THESE ********. The owner is Matthew Swart and a pro ***********.

Your booking system is completely favored to your "business" where you take people's money off their credit cards where now I inncur charges for a booking that was never ever going to happen. All these comments on hello Peter about the exact same scenarios. I don't accept this. Maybe a third party should investigate further on your opperation. I booked my accommodation that was AVAILABLE with the owner Directly!!!! For a thousand rand less than what you offered. I still don't have my money back in my account from safarinow **** booking however......... I urge anyone reading this to try and book with owners of accommodations directly.
