Safarinow.com refuses to repay although accomodation is not available

We booked Kgalagadi Lodge through Safarinow.com whose website indicated that our account will only be debited once the Lodge confirms our accomodation. our account was debited immediately notwithstanding the fact that the Lodge is full and confirmed this to us telephonically. Our emails requesting repayment are ignored and we are unable to phone Safarinow. we will never again book through Safarinow.
