Safarinow.com refuses to refund customers.

I wrote a review in respect of SAFARINOW.COM on 18 April 2021 complaining that this company took our money from our credit account notwithstanding the fact that Kgalagadi Lodge was fully booked and could not provide the required accommodation which moneys they refused to pay back. Although I received an email from SAFARINOW.COM on 19 April apologizing for their lack of cooperation and promising to make the refund "urgently" I have not heard from them again. This company should be avoided at all cost.
