Safarinow.com - no refund

I cancelled our weekend away with Safarinow.com before Lockdown - when travel was not advised. They advised me that they would refund my deposit. In my next email they said they had paid it back to me. Well I'm still waiting. They wont even respond to my emails even though I've sent them my bank statement showing that they have not paid back my deposit. I advise people to be very careful in parting with any money to this company.
