SafariNow.com must fall

Hello. So have a booking with Safari now that I made for Magaliesberg which was gonna be in November but unfortunately couldn't go through with it seeing as the owner of the place sold the lodge and decided he was gonna give me a full refund via Safari now. I have been sending emails to them but there is no communication from them whatsoever. This frustrates me because there are 7 other people who are expecting their money from me and I now look like a *****. Please help me. I am tired of Safari now!
