Safarinow.com leaving everyone in the dark - NO RESPONSES!

We have listed a establishment on SafariNow.com and the platform does not update accordingly. The number does not work since March and there are no responses on all their emails, no responses for tickets logged. Yet guests book with us and when we decline them due to non availability, yet we have updated the platform, guests get upset and think we are now ********. We urgently need to make contact with someone to close the website or platform as we are unable to deactivate our establishment via the website and en email to be sent. Still no correspondence received from them thus guests and establishments suffer the consequences.
