Safarinow.com Is ********

Good day,

On Saturday(15August 2020) evening I made a booking using Safarinow.com to go to Hulala Lakeside Lodge for the the coming weekend(21-23August 2020), I also paid in full. Monday morning we received a mail(from Hulala Lakeside Lodge) saying that Hulala Lakeside lodge won’t be able to accommodate us because they are still closed.

I have tried to contact both the lodge and the cell phone number on the website, but to no avail. Later Sean from Hulala told me via e-mail that they have not received the payment from Safarinow.com and that I have to sort it out myself. I then started calling the support line since Monday 17 August with no luck together with that I have sent e-mails to their cancellation mailbox as well as to the reservation mailbox and info mailbox, yet I have still not received any reply or feedback.

Sean From Hulala sent a mail to *** to also explain and still with no luck. This was not a mistake we made.

Safarinow.com does not respons to any mails and does not take any phone calls. The Financial Administrator Liz Fortuin also does not answer her phone. How shameful to still advertise your company with false pretenses and no client care. This is ********!!
