Safarinow.com fruadulently withholding payments and deposits.

We booked and paid for accommodation in Kruger Park for May with Safarinow.com which was obviously cancelled due to the Covid pandemic. Since the restrictions were lifted we tried to re-book through Safarinow.com now for new dates in September and received no response from them. I have tried calling their call center on numerous occasions as well as sending emails all without response. I have subsequently made a booking directly with Sanparks. Sanparks informed me that my payment for the May booking was never received from Safarinow.com. I have since read numerous complaints on social media about Safarinow,com not paying over funds to establishments and also not returning deposits paid to them.

By refusing to take calls or answer emails and return deposits and payments Safarinow.com is acting **********ly. I highly recommend that that anybody looking to make bookings do not use Safarinow.com.

I have a property listed with Safarinow.com and I am still receiving booking inquiries from Safarinow.com.
