Safarinow.com do not on pay monies due -

I am a registered user of the travel platform I have received 2 bookings for guests from Safarinow.com and both times I had to beg to get my money owed to me paid over from Safarinow.com. This first deposit was paid over to me but the 2nd one which is outstanding since 17 November 2020 has still not been paid. I have sent a query to Safarinow.com to which they rep**** that the deposit is still lying with them and they will pay in on - since then nothing has happened and my queries and e-mails are ignored. I have no option but to cancel my subscription with them and I will advise other establishments to be very careful and not support this business.
